What do I do if my order was not delivered?

  1. CHECK TRACKING STATUS: You can check the status of your package using the tracking number provided to you when your package shipped.
  2. CONTACT DELIVERY SERVICE: If your package reads "Delivered" but there was nothing in your mailbox, reach out directly to the delivery service to report. Sometimes packages are held at a local pick up or misdelivered to neighbors.
  3. CHECK SHIPPING ADDRESS: Sometimes the issue may be from providing an incorrect shipping address. Example, one number may be off or an old address on the account was not updated to current address. 
  4. CONTACT ME: Please wait 1 week to report any packages that have not been delivered. Though I wish tracking information was updated all along the way, many delivery services fail to update properly. Most packages tracking shows back up eventually and end up being delivered. The print shop I am partnered with will assist in locating or replacing orders once the allotted time passes. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, they will expedite a replacement. 

 

What if my order arrives damaged?

  1. DEEP BREATH: I know how frustrating it can be when a package is damaged in shipping. Just know I am on your side and here to help you :) I will remedy the situation. 
  2. TAKE 2-3 PICTURES: Take a picture of the whole item and one or two up close of the damaged area(s). 
  3. CONTACT ME: Email me at thecreativefigtree@gmail.com, include the pictures and your information.
  4. REPLACEMENT: I will report and submit the information to my print shop, and they will quickly send out a replacement :)

 

Do you make custom orders?

  1. CUSTOM/PERSONALIZATION: I do not offer custom/personalized options at this time. I would like to someday, but I don't have the extra time to put toward that area right now.
  2. SUGGESTIONS: I love receiving ideas and suggestions from my customers! Never hesitate to let me know what is on your Wishlist :)

 

Do you offer faster shipping?

I wish I could offer shipping; however, I use a professional print shop that services many other online retailers. Having a standard set shipping window is the best way for them to have delivery results for everyone. 

 

How do you make your artwork and designs?

  1. DIGITAL CANVAS: Though the product itself is physical, all of my designs are made digitally on my iPad and computer. I use Procreate (digital canvas and digital paint brushes/pens) and I also use AI tools. I completely understand if you do not support the use of any AI. Though I appreciate the interest in how to use AI tools when creating my art pieces and designs, I no longer explain my process. My shop is about the subject matter, about the story it’s depicting, not about the process. I have loved the art of storytelling since I was young. I am an avid cinema fanatic and love to read. A while back, I looked for art of my favorite stories and was hard pressed to find my favorites. That’s when I decided to start making them myself. I have found so much joy in connecting with others from around the world who have enjoyed being able to find artwork of their favorite stories in my shop :) 
  2. MADE TO ORDER: This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes me a bit longer to deliver it to you. I use a professional print company for all my art prints, calendars, mugs, gift-wrap and ornaments. Once your order is in the fulfillment process, I am not able to cancel the order. I am sorry for the inconvenience that this may cause. Please take care to look at the estimated delivery time frame under the shipping tab on this listing before placing your order.
